Returns & Replacements


30 Day No Hassle Returns

At CasablancaFanExperts, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our sincere goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us for years to come. In the occasion that you receive a product that you just don't like or that doesn't match your décor, our Online Return Request form will guide you through our returns process. First, please be sure you are familiar with our return policy, which specifies 25% re-stocking fee (except on our premium lines listed below or in cases of defective items or erroneous shipments) and a $15 shipping fee will be deducted. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit your return request. All return requests made 30 days after receipt of your merchandise will not be accepted. On all returns, you will be responsible for any shipping charges back to us (this excludes defective replacements).



NO Restocking Fees on Returns:

Unfortunately some of our lines may be subject to a restocking fee. If you return an item that is subject to a restocking fee, 25% of your order sub-total will be deducted from the refund. However, our Premium Lines (listed below) are not subject to this policy. Usually these lines carry the best incentives for our customers due to the strong relationships we have built with these fine lighting and fan manufacturers.

The following lines have NO restocking fees:


If you would like to return an item that has not been altered or installed and is in its original packaging, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt. If your return included free shipping, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Any additional fees for shipping internationally, shipping to HI or AK, or any minimum order fees are also all non-refundable. See below for additional details.

Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. Customers who place orders by phone or chat must review their receipt for accuracy within 24 hours.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:

All requests must be made within 21 days of receipt of your order. Make your request by Clicking Here, to fill out our online Return Form. Your request will be accepted immediately and will be processed with 24 hours. Please allow 7-10 days for an RGA (return goods authorization) number and return instructions to be emailed to you. Please note that all returns MUST have an RGA number to be properly received at our warehouse. Returns without an RGA number will not be processed properly since there will be no way to identify them.

Damaged/Erroneous Shipments & Missing Parts:

We will replace any defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped item if you notify us within 21 days of receipt. If you choose to return a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item without providing us the opportunity to replace it, a $15 shipping and handling cost will be applied, along with any additional expedited shipping charges or residential delivery fees incurred on your behalf. A 25% restocking fee may apply to your return.


Installations:

CasablancaFanExperts is not responsible for installation mistakes done by licensed or unlicensed installers. If a product purchased from CasablancaFanExperts was installed and has a factory defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer. CasablancaFanExperts will not cover any original or additional installation charges.

Your request will be accepted immediately and will be processed within 24 hours. If you send your request on a weekend, you can expect to hear from us on Monday.
