We guarantee delivery in 5 Days for some of our lines for orders over $200. We will issue you a $50 refund to your method of payment if we do not meet the guarantee. The
5 Day Delivery Guarantee applies only to shipments within the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska or any international orders are excluded from the guarantee) and it is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on Monday at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on the following Tuesday and an order placed at 9:30am on Monday would be guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the guarantee is calculated from the following Monday. Holidays are also not counted as a business day.

IMPORTANT: This promotion only applies to products that are in stock. If your product happens to be on back-order will notify you of the back order status. On all back-order items you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment. Also, orders shipped via Truck are not eligible for this promotion. Returned or cancelled orders are not eligible for this promotion.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND:In the event that we do not meet the promotional guarantee, use one of the options below and we will issue you a refund for the guarantee.
- Call us at 1-866-449-5225 and have your order number ready. One of our customer service agents will assist you and quickly confirm and issue your refund.
- Email us at sales@LightingAndFanPros.com and please include your name and order #. The email subject line should read, "5 Day Delivery Refund - Order #123456" for fastest service. You will be notified once the refund is issued.
- Please allow 24 - 48 hours for refund to post to your account.
